Roman Korniiko. Founder and Chairman of an ICF "Otchiy Dim" (Father's House). I take part of this marathon in order to draw your attention to children and to move the scales towards love and caring by my little example. I know that orphans need to feel like ordinary children from your neighborhood.

They were not lucky with their parents and that is not their fault. They dream of a sports career and record Olympic achievements. We now have a chance to give them their own sports playground.

Children are a constant fountain of emotions and energy that needs to be focused in the right direction as well as made good use of it by creating opportunities. Father’s House childrens center has enough outdoor space for children to play homelike games, connect with friends and have fun while growing up; however, there is no place for children to be able to burst out their energy and kick the ball outdoors for pleasure. Therefore, the necessity of creating a sports playground for playing football, basketball and volleyball is extremely important for children living at Father’s House childrens center that has limited space for activities.

Preparatory work for the construction of a basement at the sports playground at Father's House has already been carried out, and some funds have already been used; nonetheless, the covering and equipment have not been completed due to a lack of funds.
