Ruslan Kravchenko is an athlete, player of the rugby club "Dnipro". "Not far from my house there is a rehabilitation center for hard of hearing children. Meeting them in the transport and on the street, I see how they communicate with gestures, and I understand that their world is as if separated from our with an invisible wall. I would very much like to see this wall disappears. I run, so Sonya Diryavka could hear well and learn to speak. I run for equal opportunities for all the children of our country.

What I know about Sonia - she's a third-grader and studies in a specialized school for hard of hearing children. I know that she draws well and knows how to dance (and you are aware that hard of hearing can dance wonderfully?), Sonia is engaged in a choreographic studio at the school.

And Sonya speaks very poorly, because in recent months she already has had a third degree of deafness, and her apparatuses correspond to the second degree (in the last 2 years, the hearing has worsened). Sonya talks through a gesture with her classmates, and maybe she does not notice her problem, but the wall between her and the rest of the world grows. Because you can learn to speak well only if you clearly hear. Without good earphones, Sony does not have a chance.

In the autumn, I took part in the marathon for the first time and I was 33 of over 200 people came with almost no training.
