Kozak System is the Ukrainian band that performs ethno-rock songs. This year we are taking part in a charity marathon that starts on the 17th of April. Our goal is to raise 31 000 UAH for the needs of Center for Children Affected by Cancer Dacha created by Zaporuka team.

Kozak System often give concerts in the ATO zone, participate in many charitable initiatives without speaking a lot about it because they believe that doing good is a normal thing.

Ivan Lenyo, band’s frontman: “Children affected by cancers are little warriors of light and each of them has their own war. This disease knows no age and no gender. We are all under the same sun. We begin this charity marathon with the belief that each of you will join the initiative. The Center Dacha is the project of Zaporuka Foundation with whom we are friends”.

Annually more than 100 families get free accommodation in a big beautiful house. After hospital it’s an incredible luxury for the majority to have a separate room, a balcony, delicious homemade food and a mother by their side that may close the door to the room and read a book. Also here the relatives of the hospitalized children get accommodation in a common room. Here they сook warm meals for their grandchildren and children who are at the hospital, they make laundry and live as if at home. The monthly rent of the house is 31 000 UAH.
