I'm running to make children's dreams! Ksenia Foschiy

Ksenia Foshchy is a family nutritionist, blogger, happy wife and mother of three kids."As a nutritionist, I fully understand how important sport is for health, I realize that this is the most important prevention of many diseases. And yet I have a deeply personal relationship with me: I just get a lot of pleasure from it and I get charged with energy. I urge you, together with me, to strive for a noble goal: to raise funds for gifts to orphans from foster families and family-type children's homes.

I believe that we will achieve this goal regardless of who is leading the marathon runners.
In 2015, I gave birth to a third child. Pregnancy was difficult, our baby was in intensive care. It was not a day of struggle for his life, until we won. Perhaps it was the parents' worries and worries that made me start running: getting emotional and physical relaxation was even more important than recovering from childbirth.
The difficult time in my life helped me to look for ways to help newborns. Over time, I came to the conclusion that the prevention of diseases is as important as it is, and maybe even more targeted targeted care. Therefore now I am engaged in dietetics of pregnant women and actively I develop children's dietology.
Supporting foster families is also, in a sense, prevention, only orphanhood. When adoptive parents and parents-educators feel the help and understanding of society, they have the strength to cope with difficulties.
This winter in the Dnieper will be the X Festival of foster and guardian families, family-type children's homes "Christmas Meetings". There will be many joyful meetings, love and gratitude, gifts and surprises. Help me fulfill the dreams of adopted children! This fall, I will run to raise funds for gifts to foster families.
