LVIV HALF MARATHON: RUNNING FOR THE UNBREAKABLE

Nova Poshta Lviv Half Marathon is part of a series of marathons and half marathons organised by Nova Poshta together with the sports organiser NewRun.

The series of events in 2025 is dedicated to the theme of barrier-free access. Last year, the registration fees raised UAH 2 million, which was used to purchase modern equipment for the UNBROKEN Rehabilitation Centre, the largest medical space in Ukraine, where adults and children affected by the war undergo a full cycle of treatment: from emergency care to prosthetics and psychological rehabilitation. During the full-scale invasion, more than 19,000 wounded Ukrainians, including 350 children, have been rescued here. UNBROKEN operates on the basis of the First Medical Unit of Lviv.

This year, the organisers are once again announcing a charity fundraiser to support the rehabilitation centre and help those who need help after being wounded. 100% of charitable contributions will be directed to the needs of the UNBROKEN Centre.

The overall goal of the organisers is to raise UAH 7,000,000 in charity for barrier-free projects. Dobro.ua is raising UAH 5.5 million for the needs of the UNBROKEN ecosystem. The funds raised will be used to purchase medical equipment and special consumables necessary for the quality of treatment, rehabilitation and prosthetics for patients of the UNBROKEN National Rehabilitation Centre at the First Medical Association in Lviv. These materials run out quickly, so regular replenishment is critical.

You can become a part of this event and do not only a good deed within this project, but also choose one of the distances of 21 km, 10 km, 5 km or 1 km.

To participate in the race:

4. Pay the entry fee - 100% of the proceeds will be used to implement sports projects for veterans.

All participants will receive a finisher's medal and a starter pack with gifts from our partners.
