RUNNING FOR THE UNBREAKABLE

   “Run for the Unbreakable” is a charitable project dedicated to raising funds for the UNBROKEN National Rehabilitation Center in Lviv. It is being implemented as part of a series of barrier-free marathons and half-marathons organized by Nova Poshta and the sports event organizer NewRun.

On April 3, 2025, the project “RUN FOR THE UNBROKEN” (formerly known as the Lviv Half Marathon) was posted on the platform of the International Charitable Foundation “UBB” at dobro.ua: RUNNING FOR THE UNBREAKABLES for a total amount of 5,500,000.00 UAH. Since the running season and marathon had concluded, fundraising for the project was halted and the amount was adjusted to the actual amount raised of 946,847.84 UAH, as per letter No. 25/11/2025 dated November 25, 2025.

All funds raised through the campaign were used to purchase essential consumables that ensure high-quality and uninterrupted medical care for patients. These materials are used during surgical procedures, in the patient recovery process, as well as for rehabilitation and preparation for prosthetics.

Thanks to the funds raised, a number of critically important medical supplies were purchased for the surgery department. In particular, Keiver analgesic solution was purchased, which is used for effective pain management in patients during and after surgical procedures. Plaster casts were also purchased, which are used to immobilize limbs following injuries and surgeries.

In addition, disposable diapers for patient care were purchased, along with hydrogel burn dressings that aid in the treatment of burn injuries and promote faster wound healing, as well as syringes, medical gloves, and catheters—basic yet critically important supplies for the daily work of medical staff.

The purchased medical supplies were delivered to the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Lviv Territorial Medical Association ‘Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital for Intensive Care and Emergency Medical Services’” between December 17, 2025, and February 20, 2026.
