We are grateful to the donors who joined the Platfor.ma charity initiative and the Ukrainian brand Woolkrafts in support of the Prostheses for the Unbreakable project. Thanks to each of you, the first 11 patients of the National Rehabilitation Center NESZLAMNI at the First Medical Association of Lviv have already received modern bionic limb prostheses.
"Our mission and desire is to create the best for Ukrainians and raise the overall level of prosthetics in Ukraine, to set a bar that simply cannot be lowered. So that no one thinks or even assumes that it is possible to go abroad to get something better than in Ukraine," says Nazar Bahniuk, a prosthetist at the National Rehabilitation Center "Invincible".
We would like to introduce you to our defenders who have undergone rehabilitation and prosthetics at the NESZLAMNI Center after being seriously wounded.
A defender with the call sign "Sailor", who was a long-distance navigator before the great war. He lost his arm, but has already returned to the front after rehabilitation.
Valentyn Anokhin, 32, "Fizruk," who worked as a physical education teacher before the full-scale invasion. He miraculously survived, but lost his left arm. He received help from the doctors of the NESLAMNI Center. Now he can continue to teach children sports and play basketball.
Dmytro Ustymenko and his comrades held their positions in Bakhmut for 12 days under round-the-clock fire. He lost his leg and underwent four surgeries. At first, when he learned about his injury, he regretted that he had survived at all. Now, after rehabilitation and receiving a prosthesis, he is returning to life.

Transparency and accountability are the principles of the dobro.ua platform and our partner organizations. We are proud of everyone who becomes a part of such large projects that can change, influence, give hope, build and set an example.
Every day the Prostheses for the Unstoppable project proves that only through joint efforts (small and large) we can do more. After all, the amount of more than 36.5 million hryvnias is contributions from 1 to 10,000 hryvnias from almost 25,000 people.
This is a titanic help and support of those who are fighting for our freedom.
Thank you for not stopping! The collection for prosthetics continues. And support for the project is just as relevant, as there are, unfortunately, a lot of defenders in need of prosthetics.
