Bogdanka is a little girl who, from the first months of her life, has been going through trials that no child should ever have to face. Due to severe hypoxic-ischemic damage to her central nervous system, her brain has been under serious strain. Subsequently, another dangerous complication arose – internal progressive hydrocephalus. In simple terms, excess fluid began to accumulate in her brain, creating intense pressure and potentially damaging its structures.
Without surgery, the risks to the child's life and development will only increase. Now is the time to act – neurosurgical intervention is needed to relieve the critical pressure and give her brain a chance to function and develop further.
Today, Bohdanka is a little girl who responds to her mother's voice, feels the warmth of her hands, and is already fighting for her future. Her family lives every day between hope and fear, but continues to believe that their daughter's childhood can be different – with smiles, first steps, and discoveries of the world.
The operation is free of charge, but it requires special consumables without which doctors cannot begin treatment. That is why we are reaching out to everyone reading this text. In stories like this, time and our unity are crucial. When many people make even a small contribution, a child gets a chance at life.
We believe that together we can help Bohdanka get through this difficult stage. Every donation is not just money. It is support that turns into real help in the operating room. It is a chance for a little girl to have a future.
Support Bohdanka today, and together we will take another step towards her recovery.
