The fight for life continues

Every day, Yulia fights for her life. She has a rare and complex oncological disease – neuroendocrine tumours, which have caused disturbances in the functioning of her internal organs. In addition to the main expensive medication, Yulia takes a whole list of medicines every day to maintain the functioning of her body's systems.
In accordance with cooperation agreement No. 21 between the Ukrainian Charity Exchange and the charity operator POMAGAEM Charitable Foundation dated 31 August 2020 and supplementary agreement No. 21. 320 dated 11 June 2025, the project ‘The Fight for Life Continues’ was posted on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange - dobro.ua - with the aim of raising donations to pay for Yulia Kutakova's treatment. 
The initial amount to be raised was UAH 126,000.00 (one hundred and twenty-six thousand hryvnias, 00 kopecks). During the fundraising, it became necessary to use part of the funds collected on the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange International Charitable Foundation – dobro.ua – to purchase medicines for the woman. Therefore, according to letters No. 383 dated 01.08.2025 and No. 518 dated 15.10.2025, we received 26,430.00 UAH (twenty-six thousand four hundred and thirty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) and 13,930.00 UAH (thirteen thousand nine hundred and thirty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to the Fund's account and continued fundraising on the dobro.ua platform.
In August of this year, we paid for Yulia's examination in the amount of 3,820.00 UAH (three thousand eight hundred and twenty hryvnias, 00 kopecks) and also purchased medicines with a total cost of 22,610.00 UAH (twenty-two thousand six hundred and ten hryvnias, 00 kopecks). In November, we paid for Yulia's next examination in the amount of UAH 10,823.92 (ten thousand eight hundred and twenty-three hryvnias, 92 kopecks) and purchased medicines with a total cost of UAH 3,106.08 (three thousand one hundred and six hryvnias, 08 kopecks).
When the entire amount needed to pay for the woman's treatment was collected on two information platforms: the Ukrainian Charity Exchange Charitable Foundation and the Pomagaem Charitable Foundation, we requested that the fundraiser be closed, the amount of the project on the Ukrainian Charity Exchange be reduced to the amount actually collected – 50,150.00 hryvnias (fifty thousand one hundred and fifty hryvnias, 00 kopecks), and to transfer 9,790.00 UAH (nine thousand seven hundred and ninety hryvnias, 00 kopecks) to the fund's current account to pay for Yulia's treatment and project administration, in accordance with letter No. 669 dated 19 December 2025.
In January this year, we purchased and delivered the necessary medicines for the woman's treatment at a total cost of 7,282.50 UAH (seven thousand two hundred and eighty-two hryvnias, 50 kopecks), and also paid for the administration of the project. 
Yulia continues to undergo antineoplastic treatment for neuroendocrine tumours and carcinoid syndrome. Unfortunately, due to the lack of heat and hot water, the woman's condition has deteriorated. She is forced to heat water in pots, which complicates her daily life. Yulia has severe pain in her muscles and bones, she has difficulty moving, and her fingers have almost completely lost their functionality. Added to this is pain in her kidneys, which forced doctors to prescribe painkillers and medication to support her kidney function.  
Yulia's mother tries to support her daughter, tries to remain strong, and together they overcome difficulties. Yulia is sincerely grateful for the help in purchasing medicines, which have become a real salvation in these difficult times. Despite her health condition, she finds the strength to make delicious flower-shaped marshmallows, which not only bring joy to others but also allow her to earn a little money for treatment.  
Currently, all funds transferred from the Ukrainian Charity Exchange have been spent on the woman's needs.
