CRM-registration system for the homeless. 2

In 2020, the Kyiv charity flea market Kurazh and Zhyttia Buremne NGO (continuation of Suka Zhizn mediaproject) are launching a joint project to help people left on the street. According to official data, 1628 homeless people were registered in Kyiv. The actual figure from NGOs working with the homeless is about 50,000 people in the capital alone. In the absence of a universal registration system, it is simply not possible to calculate the actual number of people.

In order to address this issue and to systematically work with all public organizations in the country, we have decided to create our own system of accounting for homeless people and assistance provided.

An adapted CRM system will help to:

• Establish a single database on homeless people in Kiev and subsequently in Ukraine;
• Synchronize actions of local authorities and organizations dealing with homelessness issues;
• Record stories of people ending up on the street;
• Choose effective means of assistance to bring homeless people back to normal life;
• Report to the benefactors about the amount of assistance provided.

We have already acquired an annual license of the Ukrainian company Terrasoft thanks to you. Now, we need to purchase missing equipment for testing and launching the CRM-system. In the nearest future, we are planning a project on making a short documentary film about homelessness in Kyiv during which we will register the first 50 people to the database and start working with them.

Thanks to you, we have already acquired the annual license of the Ukrainian company Terrasoft and completed the basic setup of the web version of the system. Now we need to collect 16,377 UAH in order to purchase technical equipment for testing and starting the CRM system, namely:

- webcam (for photographing a member of the target group of the project);
- barcode scanner (for introducing re-entry cards)
- fingerprint scanner (to exclude duplication of participants in the program)
- 10,000 mAh mobile power supply (for the possibility of using equipment without reference to a specific location)
- a multifunctional laser device in black and white (for the ability to scan, copy and print documents, as well as print monuments for project participants) and a cartridge for it;
- a computer mouse wireless.
