Daniil needs help with treatment

Daniil was born completely healthy, except for a tendency to develop ENT diseases. Therefore, the diagnosis he received when he was not even three years old came as a bolt from the blue – type 1 diabetes. Despite this, he does well in school, plays sports, has many friends, and often participates in sports competitions. He especially loves soccer and swimming, but physical activity changes his blood sugar levels, so it is critically important for him to monitor this indicator regularly.

To maintain stable blood sugar levels, Daniil receives insulin therapy after every meal. He lives with his mother, who works at a school and pays for his treatment herself. The war affects the boy's emotional state, especially due to anxiety, which causes sharp changes in blood sugar levels, especially at night.

Daniil has pets – a cat and a dog – whom he calls his loyal friends. They help him feel supported and happy, even in difficult times. However, in order to control his blood sugar, he needs monitoring that could save his life.

For the boy, monitoring sensors are not a luxury, but a necessity. However, his mother cannot afford to pay for them – it is an unaffordable amount for her. Help the boy simply live with his illness, rather than constantly fighting it!
