Daryna cannot see in one eye

It so happened that Darynka Jus grows up and is brought up without a father. She was born very small, only 1900 grams. Therefore, from birth, she needed a lot of care from her mother and the attention of doctors. Her mother was always by her side. She had to be on maternity leave until her daughter was six years old. Constant trips for examinations, tests, long work with a speech therapist, because Darynka has a speech impediment.

But at the age of 6, Darynka was overtaken by another misfortune. She often began to squint her right eye. During the eye test, the doctors were stunned by the fact that the girl could hardly see anything. One hundredth percent of vision! A detailed examination showed a cataract of the right eye. It was difficult for the mother to accept that her daughter could only see in one eye, and it was not completely healthy. But the doctors assured that surgery can restore Darynka's sight. After the operation, a long rehabilitation is needed to teach the eye to see, and then the eye will be fine.

Daryna's mother is unable to buy all the necessary ophthalmic materials for the operation on her own. The family lives without a father, mother works as a part-time teacher. Her salary is barely enough to support her two children. The family is saved a little by the fact that they live in the village, work in the garden and do not have to buy some products.
