Sofia is now 18 years old. In the past, this beautiful and very talented girl danced since childhood, won many awards and dreamed of becoming a coach. But pain does not choose. Unexpectedly, Sofia faced difficulties in the form of severe back pain, which made it impossible to do her favorite thing. The doctors diagnosed her with thoracalgia, lumbargia, early degenerative changes in the spine, protrusions of the L2-L5 discs, and scoliosis. Her despair knew no bounds, because her dreams of coaching were not destined to come true.  But Sofia is a girl with a strong character. Now she is a first-year student at a medical university, mastering the profession of a doctor, so that in the future she can also help people overcome such terrible pain.

Thanks to her perseverance and determination, Sofia tries to do various exercises to maintain muscle tone and relieve pain, which are recommended by doctors. However, severe back pain still prevents her from walking or standing properly.
