Fourteen-year-old Nazar is a kind and sensitive boy. He is truly talented: he swims, loves soccer and other active games, and is seriously interested in IT, where he is rapidly developing his skills.

However, his favorite activities are hampered by diabetes, which has plagued Nazar for almost his entire life. Over the long ten years of his illness, constant monitoring has become the norm for the boy: monitoring his blood sugar, monitoring his diet, monitoring his physical activity levels, and even monitoring his emotions, as they cause unpredictable spikes in glucose.
