Unfortunately, one device cannot support the lives of almost 250 patients. This is the number of adults and children who receive emergency resuscitation care in the department of anesthesiology and intensive care every year. Operations and postoperative treatment are impossible without the use of oxygen therapy. Also, the institution operates an endoscopic room, where fibrobronchoscopy and bronchoscopy under anesthesia are performed. Their number is up to 3,500 studies per year!

The pipeline system for transporting oxygen from the oxygen distribution point to the department of anesthesiology and intensive care, the operating room of the pulmonary surgical department, as well as the endoscopy room was laid in 2005. At present, the system does not meet modern technical requirements, it is dangerous to operate it. In order to bring the oxygen pipeline into a technically sound state and for its safe operation, it is necessary to perform a set of works to replace the existing oxygen pipeline.
