Child’s dream. Stage 6

We want to thank everyone who's been helping our daughter during all this time that we've been turning for help for the rehabilitation of our child. Recently, due to you, kind-hearted people, our Alina has got a treadmill on which she practices every day after visiting the orthopedic kindergarten. Every day i see how the illness steps back and that after all five years of unremitting efforts of my child we are having good results! Therefore, we will not stop and will further try to get my daughter forget about the baby carriage, and walk only with her legs!

Alina was born premature with the weight of 1540 grams. Giving birth was difficult. The baby stayed under the lungs' ventilation apparatus, every day she has droppers and countless injections. In the age of 2,5 months she underwent her first rehabilitation and the doctors announced the diagnosis - cerebral palsy. Now Alina is five years old and she is starting to make her own first steps, holding my hand. We attend the local rehabilitation center. There Alina visits the teaching class, the psychologists, the speech therapists, the speech pathologists, has regular massages, physical therapy, exercises in the pool and goes to the Orthopedic Kindergarten. In the evening, we engage in physical therapy at home, Alina walks on a treadmill a lot - it is her favourite hobby!

Due to the last rehabilitation course in the International clinic of rehabilitative treatment Alina started to walk steady, holding the wall or the hand of the doctor. Her back has become stronger, she started to stand more straight, move more actively, she almost does not pull the legs when walking, walks by herself at the railings. Alina has learned to ride a three-wheeled bicycle. It is a big joy for us! She is very perspective!

Now Alina needs to go through the last in this year course of rehabilitation in the International clinic of rehabilitative treatment of Dr. Koziavkin.
