Alina was born preterm with a weight of 1540 grams. The birth was very difficult. Our girl stayed under the apparatus of lungs' ventilation, she received lots of droppers every day, had multiple injections. At the age of 2,5 months she had her first rehabilitation and the neuropathologists declared the unpromising diagnosis- cerebral palsy. Now our girl is six years old and she is only starting to make her own first steps, holding the furniture, the door.

She trying so hard to walk as she sees other kids walking on their own in the kindergarten, on the street... Alina regularly attends the courses of rehabilitative massage, exercises in the gym, the classes of pathologist, LFK. She tries to walk a lot holding the rope, walks on the treadmill, attends the Orthopedic kindergarten. Alina likes to draw nature, her family, she draws real pictures her own way. She loves her friends from the orthopedic kindergarten and they wait for her when she returns from the rehabilitation. She likes to make postcards with her mom and to give them to friends.

Alina is a very diligent child and she really wants to go to school next year. The treatment is giving results, but only at the terms of their continuity. Thanks to all of you and the last rehabilitation course in the International Clinic of Rehabilitative Treatment, her balance had improved, now she tries to walk up the stair, she stands on her legs more confidently and move around the room holding the wall, the table, her hands' motor skills improved, she attempts to dress up and undress, but it does not work out well yet because of the tonus in the left hand.

We are very grateful to the fund and to everyone who takes part in our struggle for her full healthy life, all of you have long been helping Alina to go through such important rehabilitations for obtaining new skills. "Raising a child with the cerebral palsy is like raising an olympic champion"! Our girl is a real fighter and the champion, she is doing everything she can for it. She is clever, diligent, communicative and cheerful. We are fighting the disease, believing that our girl will overcome all the difficulties and will be able to walk on her own. Now it is vitally important to go through another rehabilitation course in the International Clinic of Rehabilitative Treatment of Dr. Koziavkin.

Alina's parents are trying their best for the health of their daughter, but their resources are scarce. However it is important not to stop, because long delays in rehabilitation courses worsen Alina's health condition. We turn to everyone who is indifferent to the child's trouble. Anyone can help. God save you and your children! Motherly gratefulness to you for your help and support!
