In November 2018, Kyivstar, together with the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace, launched the project "Children's Hope" to help children with heart and cancer diseases in Ukrainian hospitals.

In the framework of the project in the field of Cardiology in August 2020 will receive assistance from the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "City Children's Clinical Hospital of Lviv".

The hospital provides round-the-clock hospitalization of children according to vital signs and provides medical care to children in Lviv, children from orphanages, boarding schools, orphanages and children left without parental care, HIV-infected patients. Approximately 700 children a year are examined and treated for cardiorheumatological pathology in the institution.
The hospital has a department of anesthesiology and neonatal intensive care, which provides highly specialized care for newborns of all ages with somatic and surgical pathology, nursing newborns with extremely low body weight, as well as round-the-clock monitoring.

The funds raised will be used to purchase the SC 1200 Patient Monitor, which allows collecting accurate, reliable data on the patient's condition on more than 8 indicators simultaneously: ECG, respiration, pulse oximetry, non-invasive blood pressure measurement, arrhythmia, temperature and more.

This equipment will promote effective treatment and recovery of newborns with cardiac pathology. With all the other projects and news of "Children's Hope" you can get acquainted here.
