Children's smiles – instead of meds. 2

We all have our perception of childhood. Childhood is like a good fairy-tail, lives within us for the duration of our lives. The childhood is brightest sun, most wonderful flowers, amazing dreams which will definitely become a reality. But there are a lot of kids who are spending their childhood in hospitals by taking medications and going through a variety of different tests and procedures. They see our fast paced world from the other side of a window. These kids have a problem – HIV. In the Kiev region there are 392 such child.

Currently 21 of them are going through a treatment in a specialised HIV/AIDS centre OKHMATDYT. A lot of these kids are living in specialist units. Some of them are living with carers or do not have parents at all.

Charitable organisation "Help for a future" wants to help them. Help by presenting them with a small piece of happiness – trip to a dolphin show. They will be able to watch an amazing dolphin show and threat themselves to some sweats. This trip would make them happy and smile. Twice a month 20 kids will have an opportunity to visit a dolphin show while being supervised by two qualified social workers.

We strongly believe that this trip will make a difference in their daily routine and fill them with hope in brighter future! Thank you all for your support! We believe that this world consist only of positiveness and people who are making it to be a better place to live!
