There is a Center of social and psychological rehabilitation for children which are faced with difficult real-life situations. The Center provides orphaned and strayed children, teens with problems in their families with help. The Center has a premise which can’t be used completely due to absence of furniture and repair in it. However, the children are in need of supplementary premises. The representatives of the Center are asking whole country for help to raise funds to buy furniture!

The Center of social and psychological rehabilitation for children from the region aged from 3 up to 18 was opened in August 2012, Sumy. It is very important that there is an active group of emergency support where the children without any documents came to. The children requiring social and psychological help live here. These are the children who lost their parents, who are living on the streets and having problems with their parents.

We have been given a building on free of charge rent in a very bad condition. We do our utmost to renovate it and create comfortable home conditions for our children. In this regard we need to buy chairs, wardrobes, beds, cushioned furniture, bed sheets, clothes, towels, vacuum-cleaner, tools, plates, cups and spoons. For low middle group it is necessary to buy toys, for high middle and senior groups – materials for handicrafts and stationary.

A lot of money is spent on repairing premises, because now everything is so expensive. To buy everything you need – is out of our power, and it would be great if someone could help with furniture.

We want all the children have a childhood and they are never faced with adults’ problems. We will help the children to keep the family home, and if it is not possible, to find a new one. Our task - to create an environment for quality care, treatment, social and psychological rehabilitation and living in the "home" conditions.
