A girl from an immigrant family needs medicine. 2
During childbirth, Katia suffered a severe head injury that affected her future life and health. Since birth, Katia has been suffering from symptomatic epilepsy, which requires constant intake of anticonvulsant medications to reduce the number and duration of seizures.
Katia constantly takes several medications and undergoes rehabilitation exercises. Thanks to the medications, the girl feels well. Her mother tries to do everything to ensure that the child undergoes rehabilitation in a timely manner, because without them her daughter's legs hurt a lot.
Katia is in the 5th grade and is studying at home individually. She enjoys learning and looks forward to seeing her teacher every day. She loves to draw and sculpt with plasticine, which is very useful for her. The girl also likes to play various educational games.
The family's financial situation is very difficult. Most of the family's budget is spent on medicines, tests and rehabilitation for their daughter.
The war turned the family's life upside down. They had to leave the Bakhmut district of Donetsk region and are now IDPs. The family has lost all their property. It is very difficult for them to treat their daughter, and so the mother is begging for help with Katryna's treatment.
