Karina is 8 years old. She is an energetic and creative girl who does not let her illness darken her life. Despite being diagnosed with cerebral palsy, she persistently learns new things and shows great interest in everything around her. She is always able to come up with an interesting task for others, making every day bright and fun.

For 8 years of constant struggle, the girl has undergone many rehabilitation courses, medication and difficult painful exercises. Her efforts paid off: Karina began to walk – albeit a little unsteadily, but on her own. She also learned to speak, which was another important victory for her and her family. Although some tasks are difficult, Karina does not give up and diligently follows all the doctors' recommendations. For further progress, Karina needs regular sessions with a qualified rehabilitation therapist, massage therapist, speech therapist and psychologist.
