Thanks to the support of donors, in October 2024, Alisa was able to undergo her first course of treatment at the “Institute for Pain Management.” The program included metameric therapy sessions with medication administration, sessions with a psychologist, metameric back massage, video EEG monitoring, and kinesiology taping. In addition, a personalized home treatment program was developed for the girl to help maintain the positive progress she had made.
The project was launched on the dobro.ua platform on October 19, 2023. To carry out the project, it was necessary to raise 55,870.00 UAH. Thanks to the support of 75 caring donors, this amount was fully raised.
The actual costs of the treatment course totaled 26,400.00 UAH. As a result, the project had a surplus of unused funds amounting to 29,470.00 UAH.
It is not possible to use this balance for its intended purpose. Alisa’s mother has informed us that she is declining further use of the project funds because the girl has developed complications in her hip joints. Currently, her condition requires stabilization and limits the possibility of other medical interventions and rehabilitation measures. The remaining balance of 29,470.00 UAH (twenty-nine thousand four hundred seventy UAH 00 kopecks) will be returned to the account of the Charitable Organization International Charitable Foundation “UBB,” and we ask that you dispose of it in accordance with the Rules, Principles, and Procedures of the Charitable Organization International Charitable Foundation “UBB.”
