Yulia Motok from the Chernivtsi region has a genetic disease – primary immunodeficiency. One of the manifestations of this disease is the extremely low immunity of the child. The body's resistance to infections is practically absent. The girl's life is complicated by constant illnesses and the lack of full communication with peers.

A year ago, Yulia was again stricken with an infection. The girl vomited and the child was taken to the hospital by ambulance. They managed to overcome the infection, but during the ultrasound of the girl, the doctors discovered a heart defect – an open arterial duct. It was decided to carry out the operation. At the end of January of this year, Yulia was operated on in Okhmatdyt in Kyiv. The operation was successful. However, upon arrival home, the girl was diagnosed with coronavirus. Again treatment, again quarantine within four walls.

Now, during the war, Yulia, although remotely, is studying "excellently" in the 9th grade. She is trying to catch up with the school curriculum on her own, because she misses a lot of classes due to illness. He reads a lot, in a few days he can read a book of 300 pages. And she also draws very well. That's all her main hobbies. At the beginning of the war, doctors suggested that the girl's mother consider taking Yulia abroad. Her family did not dare to leave Ukraine and decided to stay at home, in the now calm Chernivtsi region.

Yulia feels stable and well. She is seen by a local doctor. Every six months, Yulia and her mother have to come for an examination at the Kyiv City Center for Clinical Immunology. Yulia needs an injection of Zarcio. The drug is expensive and the family, exhausted by spending on treatment, is not able to buy it. Today, the family cannot cope with the purchase of medicines for Yulia. The girl needs help.
