Help for Nazariy – rehabilitation. 2

From the first seconds of his life, Nazariy had to be resuscitated to take his first breath. He was immediately placed in the intensive care unit, and then in the neonatal pathology department, where he spent a month. Nazar was unable to suck and swallow on his own, he was fed through a tube, and every touch to his body caused convulsions. Doctors had to put him into a medically induced sleep to stop these seizures. He fought for his life every day, and his mother prayed incessantly that her son would survive.

Now Nazarchik is 9 years old and lives with severe diagnoses that do not allow him to sit, roll over, walk or stand. The boy's body does not obey him, and every day is a new challenge. However, he understands everything that is happening around him, reacts to speech, smiles and communicates in his own way. His intelligence is intact, but physical limitations do not allow him to live a full life.

Nazariy needs constant rehabilitation courses that give him a chance to improve. His mother is raising the boy alone and is no longer able to pay for his treatment on her own. “We have come a long way together, and every step forward is a small miracle for us.
