The National Children's Specialized Hospital "Okhmatdyt" of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is a multidisciplinary medical and diagnostic institution in the country, whose main task is to provide highly specialized medical care to the children's population of Ukraine. The hospital has performed and continues to perform an important task of reducing infant mortality by introducing the most modern methods of diagnosis, treatment, and complex operations. More than 10,000 surgeries are performed here annually, and children from all over the country receive medical care in more than 80 departments. Every year, about 20,000 children receive care at the hospital.

In the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion, specialists have been constantly bringing wounded, both children and adults, to the hospital. During martial law, any person in need of medical care can apply for medical assistance at the hospital. Okhmatdyt doctors have provided and continue to provide medical care to Ukrainian citizens regardless of age and nature of injury, and accept patients from the liberated cities and towns. At the same time, urgent and emergency planned hospitalizations and planned surgeries cannot be suspended when their postponement poses a serious risk to life and health.

The proper functioning of the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital is a matter of national security. And our goal is to help with this!

Today, there is an urgent issue that requires immediate solutions and urgent assistance, namely, payment of bills for furnishing the departments of the new medical and diagnostic building.

This furniture is used to equip medical systems and observation posts that ensure the proper organization of the treatment process. This makes it possible to provide round-the-clock medical supervision by department doctors and doctors on duty at night, weekends and holidays. Also, the availability of furniture makes it possible to place the organizational equipment, medical documentation and patient monitoring systems necessary to perform the tasks assigned to the hospital. The solution to this issue allows us to organize the provision of highly qualified medical care to children in accordance with modern world standards.

The furniture is not ordinary, but special, made separately for each hospital unit, according to the functionality and specifics of the departments.

Please help us pay the bills to ensure the sustainability of the treatment process at Okhmatdyt and this will be an important contribution to saving the lives of little Ukrainians.
