Food assistance for IDPs in Kharkiv region

Thanks to the funds raised in the amount of UAH 151,981.89, we were able to provide 250 more food packages to IDP families from the hotspots of Kharkiv and Donetsk regions who have settled in Kharkiv. The cost of 1 set was about UAH 600, and each set included several types of cereals, pasta, sugar, oil, tea, canned vegetables, fish and meat.

The distribution took place on August 17-30, 2023, at the office of our organization (Kharkiv, 17 Tyurynska St.). All beneficiaries have passed the identification procedure, are registered as IDPs in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region and are registered with the social security authorities, and have documentary evidence of their status. When distributing this charitable aid, preference was given to families with children.

Thanks to the funds raised in the amount of UAH 267,560.01, which were transferred on 02.03.2023 by the International Charitable Fund "Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace" for the implementation of this project, we managed to collect 446 food packages for internally displaced persons from the hot spots of Kharkiv and Donetsk regions who settled in Kharkiv.

The cost of 1 set, with a total weight of over 12 kg, was about UAH 600, and each set included several types of cereals, pasta, sugar, oil, tea, canned vegetables, fish and meat. The distribution of the sets took place from 10 to 24 March 2023 at the office of our organisation and at mobile distribution points organised for IDP families from remote areas.
