Help the refugees from Donetsk region

Due to the difficult situation in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions the Charity Fund "Pomogaem" organizes assistance to refugees from towns where hostilities take place. There are already 300 people who need a safety place to live, 70% of them are children. Fund "Pomogaem" is actively looking for places for accomodation in the territory of Dnipropetrovsk region, organizes their resettlement and helps with providing them with food and personal hygiene products.

On the basis of one of the schools in Dnepropetrovsk region, the Center of temporary stay of refugees with children up to 100 people has been organized. Everything needed for the first few days of hosting refugees at the Center's already bought: furniture, bedding, food. No one knows how long people have to stay away from home. Maybe a month, maybe two... Our task is to take care of them, to provide everything they need to survive together in this terrible time for all of us.

To provide refugees with food (based on 50 UAH per person per day), essentials, personal hygiene products (sheets, towels), to pay for electricity in the Center and cover other expenses (based on 15 UAH per person per day) for 100 people, 195 000 UAH is needed.

These people had to leave their homes due to the difficult situation in the region, due to the threat to their lives, their families and children. They will be very grateful to all those who give them the strength to help when it's needed. Let's combine our efforts and help refugees from the Donetsk region, giving them the opportunity to tide over the difficulties that accrue to them!

Support of this project is carried out within the art project of Forbes Ukraine "Ukrainian New Dream" held in Kiev from 11 to 20 July in the "Mystetskyi Arsenal". During the whole period of the exhibition will be held raising funds for this project.
