Let's help Mark see the world

Mark recently turned three years old. The boy is a fidget, as his mother affectionately calls him. He is active all the time, not a second in place, he needs everything and everything is interesting. Mark is the only child of Svetlana's mother. "The pregnancy was going well, a little son was born with a weight of 3150 g and a height of 50 cm", says the mother. "Оn the 3rd day after giving birth, I discovered that his eye was glowing and made an appointment with a private ophthalmologist, who confirmed the diagnosis: congenital cataract, coloboma of the left eye". 

Mark loves both cats and dogs, feeds and pet them. The cat Vaska lives at home, with whom Mark gets along very well. And hugs him, and strokes. The boy is always in a hurry to help with the housework. And whatever the mother does, her son is always there and helps.

In the first minutes of getting to know the kids, Mark is shy, and then he gets bolder, makes contact and starts playing. "Mark doesn't speak well", says the mother, "but I mostly understand him. Knows the rhyme about "Kytsyu Mura". He tells it in his own way, but I understand". After an ophthalmological operation and rehabilitation, the mother plans to send her son to a kindergarten. Mark is very fond of playing with toy cars, listening to songs about colors and numbers. Loves the cartoon "Leo the Truck" – this is his favorite cartoon. And like all children, she loves to dance and sing.

Mom works as a sales assistant in the "Lucky" store. When she has days off, which is 2-3 days a week, she takes her son to her place. The rest of the time, Mark lives with his grandparents, mother's parents. "They help me a lot, and I am very grateful to them", says Svetlana, "my mother also has a son, who is one and a half years old, but they also love my son as her own. I am glad that I have such parents". 

It so happened that parents of Mark divorced. Now the boy needs to undergo an ophthalmological operation. "I ask you to help", the child’s mother says to caring people, "I don’t have the opportunity to perform the operation on my son on my own. I work, but, unfortunately, these funds are not enough".
