Nastia is 14 years old. Until recently, she was an ordinary girl, doing well at school, going out with friends, and dancing. But last March, everything changed. The girl started having health problems: constant nausea, weakness, and dizziness. The sharp weight loss scared her the most. After going to the doctors, Nastia was immediately admitted to the hospital with dangerously high blood sugar levels. That's when they made a terrible diagnosis: type 1 diabetes, severe form.
It turned the child's life around. The need to constantly measure blood sugar levels, insulin injections, and dietary restrictions are very difficult for Anastasia. For some time, she was even afraid to leave the house, go to school and dance classes. The girl realized that she was no longer like most children and was afraid of being judged and misunderstood by her peers.
Nastia was exhausted by the constant piercing of her fingers to measure her blood sugar day and night to prevent high and low readings. Nastya's parents ask for help to buy sensors for continuous blood sugar monitoring. This will help Nastya to live a full life and continue to practice her favorite dances. This will make the girl's life much easier, and thanks to proper compensation of blood sugar levels, it will help to avoid future health complications. Only the father works in the family, and his income is not enough for the full treatment of his daughter.
