When Liusia was seven years old, her family suffered a tragedy – her older sister died. The girl went through a lot of stress, which affected her life. Liusia developed type 1 diabetes. The doctors immediately injected the girl with insulin, and from the second day of her illness, Liusia began to inject it herself. The stress that the girl went through at that time affected her psycho-emotional state. Now, especially during air raids, Liusia behaves very restlessly.
Liusia is now 16 years old. Despite her diagnosis, she is a very active child. Liusia plays musical instruments (bandura and piano) and sings. She is very fond of music, loves drawing and needlework, embroidery, and participates in music competitions. In the future, Liusia dreams of entering a pedagogical university to become a music teacher, but it's not that simple. In order to continue doing her favorite things and not suffer from the consequences of diabetes, doctors strongly recommend that Liusia use continuous glucose monitoring.
Liusia's father died of cancer, and only her mother is raising her daughter. The woman is unable to finance all the necessary medicines for her daughter on her own, so she asks for financial assistance from caring people.
