Let's help Vania keep her eyesight

Vania Kosych is 7 years old. Active and restless, he is interested in everything and will not sit still. He loves football, enjoys playing with toys, assembles construction sets – cars and airplanes. One problem – Vania does not see well in his left eye. The boy narrows his eyes and closes him. Because of poor eyesight, it is difficult for him to study.

It all happened a year ago. Vanya received an eye injury. They immediately went to the hospital in Bershad, from there the boy was sent to the Vinnytsia Regional Children's Hospital, where he underwent a surgical operation and his cornea was sutured.

Consequences of penetrating damage to the left eye, corneal scar, swelling cataract, vitreous fibrosis of the left eye- such a diagnosis was made to Vania at the last consultation in September and surgery with implantation of an artificial lens was recommended. The operation is planned to be carried out in the capital "Okhmatdet", in the Center for Eye Microsurgery.

Vania is the first child of Tatiana's mother. This small family lives in the Vinnytsia region. The mother works, tries to provide her son with the necessary, but there are enough funds for everything. It so happened that Vania's parents broke up. The boy's father does not maintain ties with his family and does not take part in raising his son. Whenever possible, relatives on the mother's side help.

Now the most important thing is to operate on the eye so that the boy does not lose his sight. The mother of Vania is forced to ask for help, because she cannot cope with the expenses on her own.
