Victoria is an active and clever girl! She is like a flower that struggles to explode and bloom, but the disease prevents her from doing it! Victoria's parents were really looking forward to their "flower" coming-into-being. Labor was prolonged, more than 30 hours! And after the birth, the child's condition was supported by the artificial lung ventilation apparatus for another three weeks. When, finally, Victoria was able to take her first breath, the doctors announced the verdict: "ICP (Cerebral palsy). She will never sit or eat, or walk on her own". It is scary and hard to hear such words about your long-awaited baby! But there was not even a thought to leave, even so, tender and weak girl, with a minimal chance to survive! 

To grow their "tender flower" parents did not spare either physical or material forces. So many medicines and pills have been taken within five years! A huge number of rehabilitation courses (exercise therapy, massage) have been passed, and an operation according to the Doctor Ulzibat’s method have been carried out.

During this time, the parents never regretted that they had once made such a decision – to make their child happy! Vikusya currently walks with support, sits cross-legged, eats on her own, and not only recognizes every acquaintance and relative in person but also tries to talk! Doctors, looking at the results of Victoria, now make projections. Of course, in conditions of continuous rehabilitation courses. In May 2019, Apis Melifika, Center for Medical Rehabilitation of Disabled Children in Khmelnitskiy is waiting for the girl. The cost of rehabilitation course is 15 750 UAH.
