Help Eva!

Little Eva was born without breathing, but with a heartbeat. For two whole weeks, she was in the intensive care unit on a ventilator. Unfortunately, the baby was never able to breathe on her own, so the doctors performed a tracheostomy operation on her. When the girl was three months old, she was discharged home. However, at home, Eva was fed through a tube, this continued until 8 months, until she learned to eat in the usual way.

Starting at 6 months, Eva has been attending physical therapy, massage and osteopathy, and at the age of 9 months, geneticists diagnosed the girl with Marshall-Smith syndrome. Only after a year did Eva begin to hold her head and sit on her own. She will soon be two years old, but she still cannot stand or walk. Eva needs the help of specialists and systematic rehabilitation.
