What it's like to watch your child is fading every day… probably someone can give up, but Dani Bachyshev's family is not one of them. Every day, they all fight for the health of 18-year-old Dania. Every day, mother Olga is with her son, who cannot move at all and breathes with the support of a ventilator, and father Serhiy earns money for the whole family. By the way, they have two more children. And the Bachyshev family are immigrants from Donbass, a few years ago they were forced to move and now live in the Kyiv region.

Dania's diagnosis is Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This disease is characterized by the fact that human muscles gradually "die", ending in death… Doctors predict the lives of such people up to 21 years. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't fight for the health of people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Dania is the most positive member of the Bacheshiv family! Everyone around him follows his example. He always looks to the future with hope, has goals, goes to them… Despite the fact that at the age of 9 the boy was in a wheelchair – it did not stop his thirst for learning. He loves to read, graduated from all 11 classes of school (with honors!), Is interested in IT.

2017 turned out to be a difficult year for Dania – he caught a common cold, but due to Duchenne myopathy, the disease quickly turned into pneumonia. After some time, Dania was in intensive care, his heart stopped… three times… Unfortunately, this case did not go unnoticed, Dania lost the ability to breathe on his own, and now lives only on the ventilator. Last time we raised funds for the repair of this device. But parts for repairs are still in the process of being delivered due to quarantine restrictions. And the family is in financial difficulties and there is a catastrophic lack of funds for a trivial meal for Dania. Our guy can not eat on his own, and the body does not accept normal food, you need a special one that would not injure or harm the body.
