Newborn Maria weighed less than a kilogram and was not breathing. The baby was sent to the intensive care unit for 31 days, and then to OKHMATDYT, where she spent 3 months. At the age of one, the girl was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and spastic diplegia.

Of course, Maria was treated: there were rehabilitation centers, massages with physical therapy, various methods of treatment, a swimming pool, and dolphin therapy. Thanks to this, at the age of 3 she was already taking her first steps, and at 9 she already received the 2nd junior category in swimming. Now Maria is 10 years old, a cheerful girl with a kind heart, she is engaged in drawing and learning to play the bandura.

And after the last rehabilitation course, Maria began to control her movements better, became more confident and learned to keep her balance better. The girl has learned to stand on her left leg for several seconds, and her tone has decreased. However, this is far from the limit! The rehabilitation needs to be continued, and it requires funds.
