Daniel's treatment was planned to start in May 2020. However, due to the introduction of quarantine measures, it was possible to go to Germany only in September 2020. 15.11.2020 Daniel underwent surgery at the Center for Corrective Limb Surgery (Munich, Germany). Professor Rainer Baumgart reported that everything went according to plan. All unnecessary devices were removed, part of the pelvic bone was transplanted to the thigh. The decision to transplant it was made the day before, because in one place there really was a small gap. Expanders were also installed in the knee to form the sinus of the future knee joint, during the month Daniel went to the clinic twice a week to gradually increase its volume. And on November 16, 2020, the guy returned home. Thanks to everyone who has stayed with Daniel for a long period and supported him!
