Little Sofiika was born ahead of schedule – so much she wanted to meet this world. However, this meeting did not go as everyone imagined: a newborn baby was found to have microcephaly, damage to the central nervous system, partial atrophy of the optic nerve, and a syndrome of movement disorders. How can one little girl endure all this?

Already at home, the parents noticed that their daughter was lagging behind in development, but at that moment they did not give up, but began to fight for their Sonia. Enhanced rehabilitation, classes with a speech therapist, neurologist and occupational therapist – all this was not in vain. Every day Sophia made every effort to learn something new and become a little healthier.

Sofia will soon be 5 years old, and she already recognizes her parents and relatives, the girl sits on her own, crawls and stands at the support. Sonya loves toys and already skillfully holds them in her hands. And she is also a very active and sociable girl who wants to be healthy and have a normal childhood, when you can run around, play kwacha with friends and jump rope. However, now the girl cannot do this.
