Sofia is a little sunshine who has been fighting for her life since day one. She was born very early, and from the very first minutes of her life, the world put the most difficult challenges before her. Microcephaly, central nervous system damage, optic nerve atrophy and movement disorder syndrome are all diagnoses that fell on the shoulders of this tiny girl. How can little Sophia withstand all this? The answer is simple – she fights because she wants to live, she wants to be happy!

She does not give up, even when every day is a challenge. Her parents did not leave her alone with her difficulties – they are fighting together. Thanks to rehabilitation, lessons with a speech therapist, neurologist and occupational therapist, Sofia has already made incredible steps forward. She recognizes her parents, sits, crawls and stands up on her own. She holds toys, smiles and rejoices at every new achievement!

But there are still many difficulties ahead. Sofia dreams of a childhood where she can run with her friends, play outside, and jump rope. She wants to be healthy and get a chance to live like a normal child. And we can help her!
