This is Ilya Kravchenko, a merry, witty, smart and cheerful boy. He is already 15 years old. Ilya is diagnosed with cerebral palsy, right-sided hemiparesis, rough contracture of the right ankle joint, cognitive impairment. To develop and maintain health, the boy needs constant treatment, which he has been undergoing for 11 years at Bersenev Medical Center. Over the course the boy has remarkable results: Ilya can already stand completely on his right foot, can cover considerable distances with support, but partially uses a wheelchair. Takes care of himself in part, owing to this, travel opportunities for him have somewhat expanded.

Despite the painful procedures he endures with courage, he feels in the hospital like a catfish to a crawdad; there is always a friendly atmosphere and an opportunity to communicate with mates, whom he already has a lot. He gives everyone his charming smile and cheers up.

Ilya is studying in the 9th grade of secondary school and gets an individual education. His favorite subjects are biology, geography, drawing, music, and mathematics. Ukrainian literature and language are harder for him, but he does his best. He started to write letters himself, reads and writes words, counts. Science is difficult for guy, but despite the difficulties, he is gradually moving forward. Ilya enjoys going to school. After each lesson, he comes and says happily, "Mo-o-m, I have learned so much today!". And begins to relate what happened exactly with admiration.

He constantly asks a lot of questions about the world around him, social processes, human relationships, which involuntarily forces his mother to study all the time, grope for answers and find the right words to explain sometimes even paradoxical, unexpected and somewhat awkward questions. Ilya's mother is pleased with her son’s curiosity and non-indifference. Together they are in constant creative search and development. And that's wonderful.

He is very positive and sunny, open-minded and sympathetic to all living creatures. Lad likes to feed animals and birds. He is interested in their unusual breeds and species. He loves to communicate. He learns by heart and recites poems clearly, sings, draws, makes compositions from modeling clay, paper, felt.

Ilya thanks all his kind guardian angels and allies, family and friends, for assistance, good advice, support, positivity and prayers. The boy needs money for treatment. After all, his mother can't work properly because her son needs constant care. Every penny counts. And there are no funds for treatment at all. Please help us to raise the necessary sum so that Ilya can continue receiving the necessary treatment and be able to grow and develop
