These brothers were supposed to be healthy. Their parents were supposed to be the happiest in the world. Their family was supposed to be the strongest. However, the ideal life, or rather the dream of an ideal family, fell like a house of cards. Step by step. At first, Ivan and Mykyta were born. They are premature. On the third day of life, Ivan stops breathing. He gets into resuscitation. The next day, due to severe jaundice and pneumonia, Mykyta is also taken to the intensive care unit. Doctors say that boys cannot survive…

The struggle for the lives of sons was difficult and physically, and financially. Dad boys are hard to endure. He slept little, worked hard, but still found the funds for the necessary medications. When the brothers were 3 months old, their father died because of a cardiac arrest. Mom remained alone with her young sons, who had to be put on their feet.

Then the boys have diagnosed: a delay in motor development in the form of spastic tetraparesis, a consequence of prematurity. Mom babies do everything to cure their sons. Ivan and Mykyta have already completed many rehabilitation courses throughout Ukraine. After the last – in the Center for Stimulation of the Brain – Mykyta tries to sit on his own, the boys got stronger, they started biting and chewing better. They can already stand with support, turn over and begin to pronounce the first words.

The boys have good dynamics, so you cannot interrupt treatment courses in any case! However, a single mother who has experienced so many trials in her life does not have enough money to continue treatment of boys. Therefore, we again appeal to the UBB Donors to support this courageous family!
