In the second month of the war, when people from the eastern regions went en masse to the Dnipro and queues began to gather near our humanitarian staff, we saw that the aid is not evenly distributed between large cities and small towns and villages.

Free housing offers in Dnipro quickly ran out, rental prices soared, so many of the displaced families settled in small communities where it is cheaper to rent housing. But they don't always have enough support there until the payments have been processed and the job hasn't been found yet.

Therefore, at the first opportunity, we created a "mobile station for issuing humanitarian aid". The project became operational at the end of June. In a month, we made 10 trips: 7 "cold" trips – to small communities of the Dnipropetrovsk region (Pavlograd, Pereshchepyne, Sofiivka, Chernechchyna, etc.); 3 "hot" – in the front-line zone (Krasnopilska community of Sumy region, Chasiv Yar and Bakhmut of Donetsk region).

In a month, more than 1,000 families were helped in the amount of about UAH 1,600,000.

People get what is really important for them: a food kit, a kit of hygiene products or a non-food kit (bed linen, blankets, dishes) and, if necessary, baby and adult diapers. They are very happy that the sets are quite complete, it is especially touching for them to see new blankets and bedding: it is very valuable when you have lost everything and use just "second hand". We thank the international humanitarian organization Save the Children in Ukraine for the bedding, blankets, dishes and hygiene products, and many other Ukrainian and international partners, Ukrainian and international organizations for the food! However, there is never too much help.

Therefore, we are starting to raise funds for food kits, personal hygiene products and household goods for 616 IDPs living in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The price of one such set is 800 UAH.
