Yan: all he needs is intensive training

The parents were looking forward to the birth of little Yan. Everything was fine, but the birth itself was extremely difficult. After the birth, the baby was not breathing. He was sent to the intensive care unit, where he was brought back to life, but the boy's brain was severely damaged. Yan was connected to a ventilator and could not eat on his own. Yan's parents were told the terrible news: their son has cerebral palsy (dyskinetic type with hyperkinesis and dystonic seizures) and epilepsy. The boy spent a whole month in the hospital so that doctors could find the right medicine for him. To keep him alive.

Yan has learned to eat, but he still has motor limitations. At the age of 2, he still does not hold his head, crawl, sit or talk on his own. Despite this, the parents do not lose hope for their son's recovery, because Yan's chances of adaptation and socialization are very high. All he needs is intensive training. After each course of rehabilitation, the boy shows incredible results, but each new treatment costs a lot of money, which the family has no more.
