On the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, the project "Yaroslav cannot say about his well-being.2" was posted, the purpose of which is to raise funds for the treatment of Bulgakov Yaroslav Ruslanovich, whose diagnosis is Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus type 1.
On the website of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange, funds in the amount of UAH 28,200.00 were collected. With the funds collected through the website dobro.ua, the "I Hope and Believe" Foundation purchased:

- 10 pcs. Blood glucose measurement sensors (China) in the amount of UAH 26,200.00

which were transferred on May 16, 2026 to the child's mother, Bulgakov O.A.

Thanks to the help of caring people, Bulgakov Yaroslav Ruslanovich received the medical equipment necessary for treatment. The remaining funds in the amount of UAH 2,000.00 were used by the aid operator for administrative needs (Payment for printing leaflets).
