Yevhen needs eye surgery

After his birth, Yevhen spent a month in intensive care. Born a little prematurely, he was diagnosed with a number of diseases, some of which he outgrew with age. However, the most devastating diagnosis – cataracts in both eyes – stayed with the boy forever. There were hopes that the boy's vision would improve over time, but in vain. Only ophthalmic surgery can restore Yevhen's vision. The boy is being monitored at the OKHMATDYT and is waiting for his chance to correct his vision.

Yevhen has a certain delay in speech, but he is working with a speech therapist and correcting this defect. In general, the boy is growing up cheerful and cheerful, despite significant health problems. This did not prevent him from becoming sociable and always enjoying communication with his peers. It is not surprising that Yevhen has many friends. He has never had any problems in kindergarten, and now he attends a soccer section, although it is very difficult for him to play because of his poor eyesight.

The boy's mother is now preparing to give birth to a daughter, and Evgeny is looking forward to the arrival of his sister. The boy needs two surgeries to replace the lenses of both eyes. The family cannot buy them on their own. So, Yevhen's only hope is for philanthropists who want to support him.
