Evgenia and her difficult path to victory

This sweet, inquisitive, and smiling girl is affectionately called "Ryzhyk" in the family. Evgenia Svystunova is the second child in the family. The girl was born in December 2016, and after the birth it became clear that the baby was not breathing on her own. Later, the parents were informed that Evgenia could not eat on her own either. In January, the girl underwent an MRI scan, and doctors diagnosed her with a congenital nervous system defect, polymicrogyria, schizencephaly, agenesis of the corpus callosum, and cerebellar hypoplasia.

With this list of diseases, Evgenia was transferred to OKHMATDYT, where she stayed for a month and a half. None of the doctors made any predictions about the future course of events, and meanwhile, mom and daughter were practicing, following all the recommendations of the doctors and believing that they would succeed. When they were discharged, the head doctor said: "You need to work hard, very hard...".

These words became the family's motto - they work tirelessly every day: constant rehabilitation, classes at home and with various specialists. And so it has been for 7 years. Fortunately, the parents have already seen the first serious results of such long and hard work – Evgenia has taken several steps with support. However, this is not the limit, there are still more and more rehabilitations ahead. And now we are starting to raise funds for one course of treatment for Ryzhyk. Please support her!
