Illia is a kind, cheerful and positive boy. Now he is six years old and we have been fighting for his health since his birth. Born small with the weight of 1850 grams and height of 41 cm he started screaming right away, as a newborn has to. Hugging my little cute son i said that here was born the most precious, the dearest man in my life.

We thought that we would be having problems only with the small weight, but life had prepared more problems for us. In the age of 1 year and three months, doctors issued a diagnosis – cerebral palsy, spastic diplegy and a mental and speech development delay. It was a shock and misunderstanding why it all happened to us, but there was only way – to start the treatment and fight for the healthy future for the sun.

Long courses of treatment with the medicals, massage, swimming, training sessions with the defectologist in "Gravistat" suit, all these activities yielded results. Now Ilyusha can walk holding a hand, walks with a walker, rides a bike. He undresses himself, he can dress with the help, eats and drinks by himself. Ilya can walk and stand during 30 minutes without rest and it is a good result for us, before he could do it only for 5-10 minutes.

Ilya often says "mom, i am strong and i must learn to walk". He swims in a large 25 m. pool, he makes it in three stops. Ilyusha is strong and we have been getting ready for school. He can read small words and count to ten and back. He takes part in all activities in the kindergarten, where he sings. He really likes to sing and one day he said - "mom, some day i will take part in X factor and they will show me on TV!". Regardless of his physical problems, he is a very kind and positive boy.

We dream of restoring his health to the possible maximum, so he could become independent and could take care of himself. Ilyusha deserves a healthy future, since his childhood is passing as a physical and psychological test…
