      For a long time, the parents sought a way to arrange the necessary treatment as quickly as possible; they contacted various medical facilities, consulted with specialists, and explored available options for the surgery. The cost of treatment was a significant factor, so they tried to find a way to have the surgery performed at a price the family could afford. Ultimately, they managed to arrange for the surgery to take place at Okhmatdyt at a significantly lower cost than originally anticipated.

      As Yuriy’s condition is deteriorating and the surgery cannot be postponed, his parents decided to seize this opportunity and proceed with the necessary treatment where it could be arranged more quickly and affordably.

      The full amount required for Yuriy’s treatment has now been raised across two platforms: the "Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace" (UBB) and the "Pomahaiem" Charitable Foundation.

      Consequently, we have asked our long-standing partners at the "Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace" to close the fundraiser, adjust the project total on the UBB platform to match the amount actually raised, and transfer the funds to our account to pay for the boy's treatment.
