Vira was born prematurely and the birth was rapid, and the neck of the child is tightly wrapped around the umbilical cord. As a result of hypoxia, the newborn girl lacked reflexes. During the prolonged stay in the hospital and afterwards, it was found out a lot more than that with Vera's health: hypoxic-ischemic injury of the central nervous system, hydrocephalic syndrome, congenital heart defects (DMF, DMP, pulmonary artery stenosis), and genetics, this unfair never diagnosed syndrome Smitta-Lemli-Opitsa (a violation of the synthesis of cholesterol). It was and is too hard morally and too physically, but none of the family left, Vera's parents - devoted and responsible young people - continue to work, now - over the health and development of the child.

At the age of five months, Vera performed heart surgery at the Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery. The doctors here can only be praised and thanked. Also during the preoperative examination, it was found out that the trachea of Vera squeezed the vessel, leaving 1/3 of the lumen. Thank God, and it was possible to eliminate this by surgery. Soon Vera was able to breathe normally and gradually began to develop.

Different methods of treatment and rehabilitation have been tried. Something helped, something was a useless torment and a waste of time and money. Now Vera is 3 years old, she has learned to sit and crawl on all fours, is training to get up, but the muscles are still weak. Vera does not know how to walk and talk, but she is included in the games, she likes other children, she likes to walk outdoors, sing along with her mother and swim. Vera began to be included in life largely thanks to treatment at the Center for Stimulation of the Brain, in which there were already 3 courses of rehabilitation. Now Vera's parents for the first time very much ask the people who are not indifferent to help raise the necessary amount for the next course of rehabilitation in the Center. Help!
