7-year-old Karolina began to stand on her feet! A girl who has been living with cerebral palsy all her life is finally starting to take her first steps, and it's incredible. “A miracle always happens in the most difficult times”, says Karolina's mother, and this “miracle” happened thanks to your support, dear donors!

Let us remind you the story of this wonderful girl: immediately after the birth, the baby began to suffer from epilepsy. The attacks were so strong that Karolina lost consciousness. Later, she was also diagnosed with cerebral palsy, double hemiplegia and pseudobulbar syndrome. And 4 years ago, in 2019, Karolina had a dislocation of the hip joint, the girl survived 2 surgeries and rehabilitation. Then problems with the pelvis and right knee were added to everything.

Fortunately, systematic rehabilitation helps to improve Karolina's condition. After the last course of treatment, the condition of the leg and knee has improved significantly, doctors say that in the next few years the operation can be avoided! Also, thanks to classes with a speech therapist, the girl began to pronounce new sounds, and a course of hardware massage helped to reduce muscle tone. These are extraordinary results, inspiring to continue the fight! And since Karolina's treatment cannot be interrupted, because therapy must be regular, we are starting to raise funds for a new rehabilitation course.
